At Maison Balzac, we want you to be completely delighted with your objects for the home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging.

Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original Maison Balzac boxes with all protective internal packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
